Two long-time members of the board of directors of CNB Bank & Trust have announced their retirement.

John T. Boehm and Richard Foss have served on the Board since 2006 and 2018, respectively. According to the statement, Boehm has played a key role in developing and implementing key strategies to drive the bank’s success. Mr. Foss is the former President and CEO of Jacksonville Savings Bank and has served on the Jacksonville Regional Economic Development Corp Board of Directors, the Passavant Area Hospital Board of Directors, and the Jacksonville Parks Board of Directors.
“We are grateful for the many years of dedicated service that John and Richard have provided to our organization,” said Richard Walden, Chairman of the Board. “Their expertise, insight and leadership have contributed significantly to our success and we wish them a successful retirement.”
CNB Bank & Trust has offices in Illinois and Missouri, including Alton, Brighton, Carlinville, Carrollton, Chapin, Edwardsville, Jacksonville, Jerseyville, Pittsfield and Baden.
