Day joined Perdue Farms in 1980 and held various positions of increasing responsibility at Perdue Foods and Perdue AgriBusiness before being named CEO in 2017. Day is from Maryland’s East Coast and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Western Maryland College. She has a master’s degree in poultry nutrition from the University of Maryland, College Park, and completed an advanced management program at her Harvard Business School.
McAdams will join Perdue in July 2022. With his nearly 30 years of experience as a successful and trusted leader in the food and beverage industry, he has a track record of achieving profitable, sustainable growth and driving operational excellence. Prior to Perdue Farms, McAdams was President of North America (NA) for Jack Links Protein Snacks, a privately held, family-owned company. His previous senior positions include President of Schwan’s Consumer Brands and President and COO of Pabst Brewing Company. Early in his career, he held sales positions at Mizkan, Red Bull North America, The Coca-Cola Company and PepsiCo/Frito-Lay.
McAdams graduated from Iowa State University with a BA in Political Science.
